We don't like to make analytical balances and rattle off numbers: as in our style, we always go to sentiment.

After years of great satisfaction but also a bit of inertia ("Why change if everything works?") we decided to bring something new to the way we work.

Meanwhile, it has been a year full of important travels: business trips that have allowed us to acquire a new point of view on our sector, comparing ourselves with international colleagues and always giving us new ideas to bring to Italy.
We learned a lot and wanted to share it.
For a small sector like that of musical instruments, opportunities for discussion with colleagues are always rare and precious.

We started January with a double trip in the United States: to the Namm in California first, with juicy photographic and video reports to present a preview of musical instruments, and immediately afterwards in Texas is Tennessee, hosted by Pro-Mark for an interesting factory tour to discover one of the most innovative companies in the field of drumsticks production for percussion instruments.

TO March we had the great honor of being the first Italian shop dedicated exclusively to drums and percussion to be certified "Expert Center" of some of the most prestigious brands in the world: DW Drum Workshop, Gretsch Drums is LP Latin Percussion.
Training days in Germany in which we met with mechanical engineers who explained every hardware secret and experts who taught us a lot about the construction of the shells and about many options and variables that today more than ever we are able to explain to you.
We leave the catalogs on the counter once in a while: we pass on knowledge and experience to you.
And we are able to satisfy even the most reckless requests!

TO May instead we stayed in Italy: in the Marche and more precisely in Recanati, visiting the new plants in DrumSound. We were homesick for their Turin office, where we had been at home for many years, so we took a trip. No doubt about the quality still at the highest levels, but seeing the new headquarters, the new machinery and the new showroom we understood that the brand has made the leap and has become “big”. Everything has changed, except the passion of a 100% made in Italy instrument.

To October another trip, still in the United States: we were one of only two Italian centers specialized exclusively in drums and percussion to have been invited to the Zildjian, in Massachusetts.
A'memorable experience for what we learned and, let's admit, we were a bit like the kids at the rides.
Find yourself in the mythical "vault", The secret room you have seen in hundreds of photos, with amazing dishes to choose from (for you!) and walking the corridors with autographed photos and memorabilia of many of our / your favorites on the walls was an incredible emotion.
In Italy we have brought a selection of dishes chosen one by one from hundreds of samples: as if they were for us, the best ever.
And since we were in the area, we also combined a visit to the Maine, to Vic Firth, to see how "The Perfect Pair" was born, the motto ofleading company in the world in the construction of all kinds of sticks and knockers.

It's at November which we have undertaken the most important journey for us, this time around the world: the launch of the site www.ringomusic.net, long awaited.
We have already explained the gestation and the reasons for a delay that has now become the object of study and irony (especially among us!) And even if we consider ourselves still running in we are already delighted with the results achieved in such a short time. In short, being forced to change servers after 2 weeks from launch, due to the intense traffic, we have interpreted it as a good sign!

But it will never replace the human relationship, which we continue to favor: so do not worry if instead of going to the site you always prefer to write to us, call us or even better go to the store.

2018 was a year in which we didn't stand still for a minute: we cycled like never before!

We do not make proclamations and good intentions for 2019: we just need to repeat ourselves and continue to be at your service, always with the grit, the smile and the competence that we put into it every day. We enjoy doing our job and the best part is that you know it!
